    • We will start sending registration invitations to some students on the waiting list today.

    • Invitations will be sent in the order people joined the waitlist.

    • Invitations and registration link will be sent to the email you provided on the Waiting List form.

    • IF YOU RECEIVE AN INVITATION, You will have 48 hours to accept or decline your spot.

  • The MOCO Canada Ski Trip Sold Out very quickly this year.

  • Many students, including friends of those already registered, are on a long waiting list.

  • We have finally secured the last remaining rooms at the Château Frontenac Hotel.

  • These rooms are all upgraded double-occupancy private rooms (2 people per room) onl

For Students Currently on the Waiting List

Dear Parents and Students,

Thank you for your patience and interest in our ski trip to Québec City and the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac.

We have secured the only additional hotel rooms available at the Fairmont Le Château Frontenac . These rooms are all upgraded Double Occupancy Private Rooms Only (2 students per room).

Advantages include more space and only two people sharing a bathroom rather than four.

No additional quad (4) person or (3) person rooms are available.

  • For students on the waiting list, this means that any spot we offer will be in a 2-person room only.
  • We will be offering a special discounted price for the trip including the (2) Person, Double Occupancy Room.
  • The price will be $989 per person. YOU will be saving $126 off the Regular price with the 2 person private room.
    Regular price ($949 trip price + $169 – 2 person room upgrade Fee)=$1118

What if my friends are already registered? See below.

Your booking options:

If you receive an invitation to register for the trip to your email (off the waiting list)

  • If you wish to accept, you will need to register for 2-person (double occupancy) private room package.
  • Your price will include the two person double occupancy upgrade
  • The registration link you receive will show only this double-occupancy option (no quad option).

Rooming Options for Wait-Listed Students:

There are two ways your student may room on the trip:

With a Friend Already Registered


  • If your student has a friend already on the trip, they can share a double room.
  • The friend / student already-registered upgrades to a two person private room and pays a discounted $99 upgrade from quad to double.
  • Your student (coming from the wait list) registers at the double price including the upgrade.
  • They both list each other as roommates on the reservation form.

With a Friend Also on the Wait List


  • If your student has a friend on the wait list, and both have received an invitation to register.
  • Each registers at the double occupancy price.
  • They list each other on the Reservation Form and share one 2-person private room.

How We Use the Wait List

Students are invited off the wait list in the order they joined.

YOU WILL RECEIVE AN INVITATION TO THE EMAIL YOU LISTED ON THE WAIT LIST FORM :


  • A registration link.
  • Select the double-occupancy price (including the upgrade)
  • A deadline to complete your booking.

Because double rooms are limited, spaces are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis after invitations go out. These spaces will fill quickly.

What You Can Do Now:

  1. Parents/Students: Talk about (student) joining the trip in a 2-person private room.
  2. If they have a preferred roommate (already registered), coordinate with that student to add the room upgrade to their existing reservation. (They just login to their reservation and upgrade)
  3. Watch for our email invitation (sent to the email you listed on the Wait List form)and be prepared to register promptly if you wish to accept a spot.
  4. This is the only option available to join the trip this year.

A Note of Thanks

We know waiting can be difficult, especially when friends are already confirmed. These new double rooms allow us to open additional spaces as fairly and clearly as possible.
