Roommates

Plan your roommate group before registering.

  • Requests must be mutual: each student must list the other roommates.
  • Every student must register and pay separately. Listing a roommate does not register them or reserve their place.
  • Trips can sell out quickly. Have everyone register and pay promptly; for a 4-person room, we strongly recommend a complete group of four.

Only one confirmed roommate?

  • We recommend booking a 2-person room.
  • If you choose the 4-person room price, you must have 4 confirmed roommates listed at least 35 days before the trip.
  • If you do not have 4 confirmed roommates by that deadline, you may be required to pay the difference for a 2-person room.

Changing roommates

  • Update requests through your WeTravel account (see your confirmation email) until approximately 35 days before departure. We will make every effort to honor requests, but they are not guaranteed.
